Next, we introduce bodyweight movements with targeted pauses and possibly some assisted machines. These pauses give you a chance to fine-tune your form and safely improve your mobility and range of motion, setting you up for success.
3. Resistance Rising
Here, we add light weights to the mix! As body weight alone becomes less challenging, we’ll learn how to move with resistance. Your improved mobility opens the door to loading up some weight, making every movement feel purposeful.
4. Technique Tuning
Now it's time to focus on lightweight resistance while honing your technique. We'll perfect your form to ensure you're getting the most out of your workouts. Quality over quantity is the name of the game!
5. Challenging Weights
Weights are stepping up! You’ll find yourself facing greater challenges while executing perfect technique. With your range of motion nearly maxed out, you’ll be performing 4-5 reps from failure, feeling strong and ready for more.
6. Precision Under Pressure
As we crank up the intensity, you'll find the weights becoming even more formidable. With flawless technique and 3 reps from failure, you'll be pushing your limits while embracing the challenge.
7. Almost There
You’re in the zone now! Efforts are vigorous, and weights are tough. With just 2 reps away from failure, you’ll experience the thrill of pushing toward your maximum while maintaining perfect form.
8. The Edge of Exhaustion
Welcome to the threshold of fatigue! Your effort is extremely high, and the workouts are intense. You’re just one rep away from failure, and each moment pushes you closer to your limit.
9. Maximum Effort
This is where the magic happens! You’re giving it your all with your last rep being the ultimate test. It’s a struggle, but you have what it takes to fight through!
10. Beyond Limits
Prepare for EXTREME EFFORT! This stage pushes you beyond failure, utilizing techniques like assisted reps. You’ll experience a level of intensity that transforms the workout into an epic battle against your own limits.
